Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Free Traffic and Advertising, https://freetrafficandadvertising.com, the member area, advertising services, referral program, rewards, prizes and related services.

By creating an account, logging in, purchasing a product or membership, submitting advertising, viewing advertisements, participating in prizes or rewards, or otherwise using Free Traffic and Advertising, you agree to these Terms.

You also agree to our Privacy Policy, Anti-Spam Policy, Earnings Disclaimer and any additional rules or requirements displayed within the site or with a specific offer.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the service.

Age and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement to use Free Traffic and Advertising.

You may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law, regulations, sanctions, court orders, payment-provider requirements or other legal restrictions.

One Account Per Person

Unless you receive written permission from Shaikh Ijaz-ul-Haque, you may create and control only one Free Traffic and Advertising account.

Creating duplicate accounts, controlling another person's account, sharing accounts, providing false information or attempting to avoid account restrictions may result in the suspension or termination of all related accounts.

Accounts, memberships, advertising credits, advertising balances, commissions, rewards and prizes may not be sold, transferred, shared or assigned without written approval from Free Traffic and Advertising.

Account Information and Security

You agree to provide accurate and current registration, contact, payment and profile information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login information and for activity performed through your account.

Contact support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

Email and Account Communications

By joining Free Traffic and Advertising, you agree to receive communications reasonably related to your membership and use of the service.

These communications may include account notices, security messages, password recovery, payment information, commission information, advertising notices, policy changes, purchase fulfillment and other service-related messages.

You are responsible for maintaining a valid working contact email address.

Repeatedly bouncing, invalid, abandoned, blocked or otherwise unusable email addresses may cause features or account access to be restricted until a valid address is provided.

Advertising Services

Free Traffic and Advertising may provide advertising options including:

• Solo Ads
• Login Ads
• Banner Ads
• Text Ads
• HTML Ads
• Other advertising formats introduced by Free Traffic and Advertising

Available advertising, limits, credits, impressions, durations and other benefits may vary according to membership level, promotion or offer.

Solo Ads

Solo Ads are email advertisements delivered through the Free Traffic and Advertising mailing system.

Members who purchase, earn or receive Solo Ad advertising submit their advertising to Free Traffic and Advertising. The platform handles delivery to eligible members.

Receiving Solo Ad advertising does not give an advertiser access to member email addresses and does not authorize an advertiser to contact members directly.

Delivery of a Solo Ad does not guarantee that every message will reach an inbox, be opened, be read, receive a click or produce a sale or other result.

Onsite Advertising

Login Ads, Banner Ads, Text Ads, HTML Ads and similar advertising formats are displayed through Free Traffic and Advertising or its member area.

Advertising credits, impressions or views represent advertising allocations within the service and are not a promise of sales, leads, customers or income.

Advertising Content

You are responsible for all advertising, URLs, websites, headlines, images, HTML, statements, claims and other material submitted through your account.

Advertising must accurately represent the offer being promoted and must not intentionally mislead members.

Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:

• Malware, viruses, spyware or malicious code.
• Phishing or attempts to steal personal information.
• Fraudulent or intentionally deceptive offers.
• Impersonation or false identity claims.
• False or guaranteed income claims.
• Illegal products, services or activities.
• Threats, harassment, hate or exploitative material.
• Unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material.
• Forced downloads or browser-locking scripts.
• Cookie stuffing or deceptive redirects.
• Fake security, payment or system notices.
• Content that creates an unreasonable security, deliverability or user-experience risk.

Free Traffic and Advertising may reject, pause, restrict or remove advertising that violates these Terms or is considered unsuitable for the service.

HTML Ads and External Websites

HTML Ads and other advertising may display or link to third-party websites.

Submitted websites must function reasonably within the advertising system and may not use malicious scripts, browser-locking behavior, forced downloads, abusive popups, deceptive redirects or other methods intended to interfere with Free Traffic and Advertising.

Free Traffic and Advertising may use automated or manual checks before accepting or displaying a website.

Advertising Credits and Benefits

Advertising credits, impressions, views, Solo Ads, Login Ads, Banner Ads, Text Ads, HTML Ads and similar allocations are digital benefits intended for use within Free Traffic and Advertising.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, these benefits have no cash value and may not be transferred or redeemed for cash.

Advertising limits, earning rates, expiration periods, membership allowances and other benefits may change when reasonably necessary to operate or improve the service.

Viewing Ads and Earning Benefits

Where Free Traffic and Advertising allows members to earn advertising credits, prize eligibility or other benefits by viewing advertising, the activity must be completed by the actual member.

You may not use bots, macros, automated clicking, scripts, click farms, artificial viewing services or other methods designed to generate credits, views, rewards or prize eligibility without legitimate participation.

Benefits connected to fraudulent or automated activity may be removed or reversed.

Prizes and Rewards

Free Traffic and Advertising may offer advertising prizes, cash prizes, drawings, bonuses or other member rewards.

Prize availability, eligibility, frequency, value and rules may vary and may be displayed in the member area or with the applicable promotion.

Winning activity must be legitimate. Prizes or rewards may be reviewed, held, reversed or denied if connected with bots, automated clicking, duplicate accounts, shared accounts, manipulated devices, collusion, artificial activity or other abuse.

Non-cash advertising prizes may have expiration dates, activation requirements or usage rules.

Referral Program and Commissions

Free Traffic and Advertising operates a one-tier referral program.

Members may earn commissions or other stated benefits from qualifying purchases made by members they directly refer, according to the commission rules and membership benefits in effect at the time of the transaction.

There is no second-tier commission, matrix, downline or multilevel compensation structure unless Free Traffic and Advertising expressly introduces and discloses a different program in writing.

A referral or sale may be reviewed before a commission is approved or paid.

Commissions may be held, reversed or denied when connected with refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, duplicate accounts, self-referrals, unauthorized payments, fraud, prohibited promotion or other abuse.

Affiliate Promotion

Members promoting Free Traffic and Advertising are responsible for complying with applicable advertising and endorsement requirements.

Where required, you must clearly disclose that you may earn a commission or benefit when someone joins or purchases through your referral link.

You may not make false earnings claims, fabricated testimonials, misleading statements or guarantees regarding sales, commissions, traffic, clicks, leads or other results.

You may not claim to be an employee, agent or official representative of Free Traffic and Advertising unless you have written authorization.

Anti-Spam Rules

Free Traffic and Advertising has a zero-tolerance policy regarding unsolicited email and prohibited spam promotion.

You may promote your referral link only through lawful, permission-based advertising and in locations where such promotion is permitted.

The Free Traffic and Advertising Anti-Spam Policy is incorporated into these Terms and applies to all members and anyone promoting the service.

Purchases and Digital Delivery

Membership upgrades, advertising credits, advertising allocations, Solo Ads, Login Ads, Banner Ads, Text Ads, HTML Ads and promotional bonuses are digital products or services.

Digital benefits may be added to an account, activated, scheduled or otherwise made available shortly after payment.

Before purchasing, review the offer, price, membership term, renewal information, advertising allocation and any expiration or usage rules.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

Except where required by applicable law, payment-provider rules or a written refund guarantee included with a specific offer, digital purchases may become non-refundable after the applicable benefits have been activated, allocated, used, scheduled or delivered.

If you believe a purchase was not properly fulfilled, contact Free Traffic and Advertising support so the issue can be reviewed.

Chargebacks, unauthorized payment disputes or other payment abuse may result in account restrictions while the matter is investigated.

Commission and Prize Payments

When Free Traffic and Advertising offers payable commissions or cash prizes, payment requirements, minimum amounts, available payment methods and processing rules will be displayed in the member area or applicable promotion.

Payments may be delayed while a transaction, account, referral, prize or fraud review is being completed.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

Free Traffic and Advertising is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect account, wallet, address or recipient because the member supplied incorrect payment information.

Members are responsible for any taxes or reporting requirements that apply to their commissions, prizes or other benefits.

No Guarantee of Results

Free Traffic and Advertising provides advertising exposure and promotional services. We do not guarantee sales, leads, customers, referrals, subscribers, income, profits, conversions or any other business result.

Solo Ad delivery does not guarantee an open or click. Advertising views and impressions do not guarantee that a visitor will register, purchase or take any other action.

Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, website, advertising copy, pricing, reputation, market conditions, deliverability and the interests of individual viewers.

Third-Party Websites and Offers

Free Traffic and Advertising displays advertising and links submitted by members and third parties.

Displaying or delivering an advertisement does not mean Free Traffic and Advertising endorses, guarantees, verifies or recommends the advertiser, website, product, service or claims being made.

You access third-party websites and complete third-party transactions at your own discretion.

Review the third party's terms, privacy practices, refund policies and claims before providing information or making a purchase.

Fraud, Abuse and Security

Free Traffic and Advertising may use information such as account details, email information, IP addresses, cookies, device information, login activity, advertising activity, clicking patterns, referral relationships and payment information to detect fraud, duplicate accounts, automation and abuse.

Suspicious activity may result in temporary restrictions or additional verification while the account is reviewed.

Attempting to disable, bypass, manipulate, reverse engineer or interfere with security, tracking, crediting, advertising, prize, referral or fraud-prevention systems is prohibited.

Suspension and Termination

Free Traffic and Advertising may restrict advertising, hold commissions or rewards, suspend an account or permanently terminate access when we reasonably believe the account is involved in fraud, abuse, spam, prohibited advertising, payment abuse, security threats or violations of these Terms.

Serious fraud, security, spam, payment or illegal-content violations may result in immediate action without advance notice.

When an account is terminated for a violation, unused advertising benefits, commissions, rewards or promotional benefits may be removed or forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Service Availability

Free Traffic and Advertising may maintain, improve, replace, restrict or discontinue features, advertising options, membership benefits, prices, commission rules, payment methods, security procedures and operating rules.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Maintenance, hosting issues, software errors, email-provider restrictions, attacks, network failures or events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access, delivery, tracking or advertising performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Free Traffic and Advertising, Shaikh Ijaz-ul-Haque and their service providers will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses arising from the use of the service, interrupted access, advertising delivery, third-party websites, member advertising, lost data, payment-provider actions or unauthorized account activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes to These Terms

Free Traffic and Advertising may update these Terms when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to the service, advertising options, security procedures, payment systems, legal requirements or business operations.

Updated Terms may be posted on https://freetrafficandadvertising.com with a revised effective date.

Continued use of Free Traffic and Advertising after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
